Costos por cancelacion

 

Nosotros entendemos que a veces es necesaria la cancelacion debido a diversos factores como el clima, y tratamos de acomodar su evento para una siguiente ocasion si es posible. Sino es posible re-agendar el evento como opcion, existe un costo de cancelacion del 50% (que es el deposito) lo cual no es reembolsable. para eventos cancelados durante las 24 horas de inicio del evento, el cliente debera pagar el 100% de la rental total. 

Equipo perdido o dañado 

 

En order de proveer la maxima calidad del equipo, nosotros tenemos especial cuidado del equipo de renta. Si al final del evento, se recibe el equipo dañado o faltante, el cliente sera responsable de pagar el precio del mercado actual mas el costo de adquisicion para poder reemplazarlo.

Cargo de entrega de equipo

 

El cargo de envio o entrega de equipo esta basado en el total del equipo y el millage desde nuestras bodegas hasta su locacion. Nuestro sistema considera estos factores para calcular este costo.

Aceptamos solo tarjetas de creditos, no debito. No se aceptan cheques personales o billetes. Los choferes no aceptan ningun pago en locacion.

Terms and Conditions

Deposit is non refundable and credits are valid for 30 days after the original date of the event. * Total payment is required the morning of the event. *Scheduling is done on a case by case basis and confirmed via email by Panda Party Rentals. *Delivery does not include set up or tear down, except in the case of the Bounce House and Tents.*Minimum Purchase is $40. *Customers must have a credit card on file to guarantee items will be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. *Cancellation fees: 50% is due when cancelled 72 hours in advance and is non refundable. Total payment is required if cancelled within 24 hrs.*Changes must be notified and confirmed via email AT LEAST 72 hrs in advance. Increase in rental quantity subject to availability. No decrease allowed.*Damage fee: if the customer damages rentals, they will be responsible for covering the current market value of such rental.*Clean up fee: Please return items in clean and dry condition. Extensive cleanup or items that need to be dried, will result in a clean up fee paid by client ($1 per item).*Bounce house is for dry use ONLY unless renting a water slide. Panda Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel a service at any time due to weather conditions. Panda Party Staff will not install any equipment in the outdoor during the following weather conditions: thunder storms, raining or when high winds are present (>15 mph) due to safety reasons. *Pickup and Drop off time and date will be agreed upon beforehand, the address will be displayed on the quote. If the customer is not present at the location and time established, additional fees will apply for a second pickup/drop off and rental time (same amount of delivery fee plus $20 per each attempt to pick up). *Custom deliveries are subject to additional fees. Panda Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries, fatalities or property damage made by our equipment. This is the responsibility of the user and the customer whether it be in a public or private property. Customers are liable for any accidents, injuries, fatalities and damages to private or public property. *Drop offs and pickups are delivered on flat surfaces, any kind of muddy surface, rock terrain, tall grass or any other non flat surface will be applicable for an extra fee ($50 fee). Delivery not on ground level will incur in additional fees ($40 each floor). Any refunds are subject to a handling fee of $40. All our equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after each event. PPR staff will follow social distancing guidelines, wear protective gear and only deliver outside the client’s home to ensure our staff and client’s safety. It is the Client’s responsibility to follow health, regulatory and mandatory guidelines from Local and Federal Government regarding COVID 19 restrictions. PPR is not responsible for client’s violations to COVID 19 restrictions. **By paying this quote, the customer agrees to terms and conditions displayed in the email sent and current contract. It is the client’s responsibility to review and inform Panda Party Rentals of any correction on the quote before paying. We do not offer refunds on services that have already been provided and/or delivered.
